Cory Hallam
Managing Partner
Email CoryCory is the managing partner of ECO Services, proudly helping lead the company since acquiring Wise Services in 2021. With decades of hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, Cory has built a reputation for reliability, safety, and quality workmanship across every level of operations.
From managing field crews and overseeing well sites to directing large-scale projects, Cory’s leadership is grounded in practical experience and a deep understanding of how to get the job done right. His career spans roles as a roustabout and flowback operations manager to field superintendent — giving him a true 360° view of oilfield operations and what it takes to support clients efficiently and safely.
Before entering the energy sector, Cory owned and operated Hallam Construction, building custom homes throughout southwest Wyoming. That entrepreneurial foundation continues to shape ECO Services’ commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Driven by hard work, integrity, and a passion for service, Cory leads ECO Services with a focus on delivering dependable solutions and building lasting partnerships across the region.
Trae Bouvier-Schatz
Operations Manager
Email TraeBringing over 11 years of experience in oilfield containment, Trae brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and leadership to his role as Operations Manager at ECO Services. He began his career in 2014 with Wise Services as a containment patcher and rig crew hand, quickly advancing through the ranks to operate vacuum trucks and then, by 2018, stepping into a management role. When ECO Services acquired Wise, Trae’s strong leadership and operational expertise made him an essential part of the ECO team.
Today, Trae oversees every aspect of ECO Services’ operations — from shop production and field scheduling to rig ups, rig downs, and customer relations. He maintains daily communication with clients like Chevron, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Known for his “lead by example” approach, Trae has built a team culture centered on accountability, respect, and excellence. His dedication to environmental responsibility and customer satisfaction sets the tone for ECO Services’ reputation as a trusted, go-to partner in the oil and gas industry. Whether managing large-scale containment projects or stepping in to solve challenges personally, Trae is committed to getting the job done — and getting it done right.
Scott Park
Environmental, Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Email ScottWith over 25 years of experience in environmental science, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership, Scott brings extensive expertise in environmental, health, safety, and regulatory (EHS&R) program development across the oil & gas, mining, and manufacturing sectors.
As Owner of SRP Resources, Scott provides strategic consulting to operators and service companies focused on compliance, business development, and operational excellence. In addition, he serves as an advisor for Eco Services, guiding organizational strategy in compliance and sustainable growth initiatives.
Previously, Scott held senior leadership roles at Bonanza Creek Energy (now Civitas Resources) and Noble Energy, overseeing EHS&R programs, asset development, and operations management. He directed large, multidisciplinary teams to design and execute comprehensive environmental and safety programs, led community and regulatory engagement efforts, and played a key role in multiple mergers and acquisitions valued at approximately $4 billion.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Environmental Assessment and Analysis from Utah State University.
Cami Greene
Administrative & Finance Manager
Email CamiCami began her career in the oil and gas industry immediately after college, starting at Schlumberger, where she worked under the direction of the company’s global auditor. In this role, she traveled extensively across the U.S., training staff in SAP systems and inventory control across multiple Schlumberger locations.
With over 30 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience, Cami has been a foundational part of ECO Services since its establishment in 2021. Her expertise spans accounts receivable, accounts payable, and human resources—ensuring smooth financial operations and team satisfaction.
Most recently, Cami collaborated with a software developer to create ECO’s custom service ticket and invoicing application, streamlining field-to-office communication and improving operational efficiency.
Cami leads a dedicated administrative team, committed to supporting both ECO’s internal operations and its clients with professionalism and care.
